Cross Moceri - Co-Chief Executive Officer
Cross Moceri is a founder and Co-CEO of Centaurus, primarily responsible for capital formation, acquisitions and portfolio development. Since 2005, Mr. Moceri has supervised the acquisition of over 25 multi-family assets, totaling over $250 million in value. Mr. Moceri oversees all aspects of the acquisition process and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team. Prior to co-founding Centaurus, Mr. Moceri practiced corporate law for six years with the firm of Milbank, Tweed in Los Angeles. Mr. Moceri worked on a wide range of complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, private equity placements and corporate restructurings. Mr. Moceri graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
